How to unlock the Come At Me achievement

    Easiest way:

    Start a new run with the Defect. If you have the starting option of "Enemies in your next three combats have 1 HP," choose it.

    Otherwise quit to menu and abandon run, then start new a run until you get this starting option.

    Now simply end turn against the first enemies and they will get killed by damage from your lightning orb.
