You can find secret rooms in the dungeons by simply taking down the objects in the normal rooms. First chance for this achievement is in the first dungeon, Power Reserves. The charge tool is named Fan Blade and you can see its location in the map below. If you can't complete the adjacent room the first time around, you can come back after you have upgraded your BOT-Core.
