    The best way to get this is to wait until your opponent plays a Wretch hole. Wait until they begin to emerge and hurl your frag grenade on top of it and, with some luck, you will get 5 kills. Especially if other enemies are nearby.

    Sir CloudiusAnother way to help get this is when you reach Arena 2, people can start earning wrench units of which comes in groups of 5
