In the setting you can change the QTE's so that the timer doesn't run out. You simply need to press the correct button during the prompt. Take your time and don't hit the wrong button 10 times in a row.

Does the timer still go round if you turn it off? I have set mine to disable QTE time out on but the timer is still going round? Following the guide so I know what’s coming up but would be handy to know.

Edit: so the guide I am following says to purposely fail a QTE and I found out that the timer will still run down but you will not actually fail the QTE until you press the incorrect button

At what point would this achievement unlock as I've done ten qte in a row (starting with the karate machine) and didn't fail any and it didn't pop
