Start the chapter Trapped with Conrad in the group. On the first dialogue option, select "An abandonned ship".

If this doesn't work, you may need to have made these choices beforehand:

Accept the drink as Brad

Lie about your diving experience

Reject Conrad's approaches as Fliss

Hmm, that worked for me after using chapter select. It must require some other options prior then. This achievement isn't very well documented sadly. I got it on theatrical cut if this helps. I'm pretty sure you play this chapter as Julia in curator's cut anyway. On the save where I got it, I accepted to drink as Brad, lied about my diving experience and rejected Conrad's approaches as Fliss.

This worked perfectly for me and my co-op partner, but for reference, we also played the game with the same as the above comment ^
