  Through Kick-Off choose your desired match; I personally paired this up with The Legends achievement and played a Europa League final.
  
  Set the difficulty to Beginner and time to four minutes.
  
  Once you get possession of the ball you can have your player stay in your half without having to do anything else until half time. Get the ball back in your half after you resume the match, and repeat for the extra time stoppages.
  
  That'll take you to penalties. Time your second press of the shoot button right as your player is taking their final step.
  
  You could also do this with two controllers:
  Move the goalkeeper out of the way and just tap the shoot button so you don't risk overhitting your shot.
  Of course, you're going to want to miss with the other controller.

  easy achievement to get
  
  i got this achievement in the same match as 3 others .... video guide for that is below
  
  

  
  
  but to get this achievement on its own you just grab a second controller, go to kick off, choose a cup final game and get to the penatly shoot out by drawing the game ... then simply shoot to either side of the gk and the gk wont move because the second controller is controlling him

  I recommend Combing this with the "Sharpshooter" Achievement.
  -Start a Quick Play game against your 2nd controller
  -You want foul p1 with p2. You can do this by sliding into them with
  *make sure you are outside of the shooting box. If you get fouled inside of the box then that is a penalty kick and not a free kick.
  -Once the Free Kick Starts. Press with P2 to gain control of the Goalkeeper. Move the player all the way left. Out of the way. For a clear and easy shot
  -Target the wide open space and Shoot the Easy Free Kick with P1.
  🏆Sharpshooter🏆
  -Next we need to let P2 score a goal so we tie the game
  -Once its tied, wait until time runs out.
  -Choose Penalties
  -Now we need to win in Penalties without missing. So just make sure you move the goalie with P2. And then aim in the wide open space with P1.
  *To use the shooting meter. You DO NOT hold the shot button. You have to PRESS the shot button TWICE. Once to start the shot, and then once again when its GREEN in the shot meter
  -After you Win in Penalties with no Misses you will Unlock:
