  To make this achievement a little easier to unlock, I created a 7'3" Glass-Cleaning Lockdown center. Make sure to save some time by skipping the story and going directly to the NBA. I would recommend trying to move up in the rotation and get more minutes and changing the difficulty to Rookie because this achievement can be a bit complicated. When you are on defense, let the opponents get into the paint and when they go for a shot, press to jump and block the shot. Do this 5 times and the achievement should pop immediately after.

  Way easier with a Center Position Player
  
  First things First. These MyCAREER Achievements are NOT unlockable in The Pre-Lude:
  

  🚨#1 TIP🚨
  Switch to 12 Minute Quarters in your MyCAREER settings
  Also, most of these will not be obtainable until you are a Starter
  (Not enough playing time when you are a bench Player)
  

  Once you are Starting, and you have selected 12 Minute Quarters. Focus on One Category per game. For ex: One game go for your 50 points. Another game go for your 15 assists. So on and so forth
