  Hugmynd's solution was a little too bare-bones for me, in that there are important dialogue choices you'll need to make after completing each of Kurt's three companion quests.
  
  Also, for those wondering, it is possible to complete three of the four romance achievements (Vasco, Kurt, and Siora) in one playthrough if you choose a female character. I wasn't sure if initiating the final romance scene would void the possibility of the other romance options, so I saved before "sealing the deal" and reloaded after I unlocked each associated achievement. Also, Vasco is the first you can unlock, and I recommend doing so as quickly as possible because his "friend" status boost gives you +1 intuition, which I found helpful.
  
  Here are the quest names and the choices you'll need to make when speaking with Kurt AFTER each quest is completed. And indeed, you do need a female character to complete the romance.
  
  Quest #1 - Missing In Action.
  This will be available early on in New Serene. When you talk with him afterward, select "tell him that it was so that you could understand him better."
  
  Quest #2 - Amongst Ghosts
  You'll need to advance through the main story missions a little bit for this to become available. You'll get an on-screen notification once it's ready. When the quest is complete, select "tell him about a childhood memory with Constantin."

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***As stated in the other solution, make sure you complete these two companion quests BEFORE you do the main story quest A Prince's Secret. Otherwise Kurt will not be available afterward.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Quest #3 - Settling Scores.
  In my understanding of the game, this quest will only be possible if you either 1) capture Torsten in the Treator! quest, or 2) choose to save San Mateus. I achieved the former option, which preserves both Hikmet and San Mateus. In any case, this quest will become available after Treator! is complete. You might need to speak with Kurt directly to get it. Once it's done, select "Tell him you hope you will be a part of it."
  
  Now speak to Kurt once more for an invitation to retire upstairs. Accept Kurt's proposal and viola! Achievement unlocked.

  Can you romance more than one character in one playthrough without reloading serves, or when you are with someone does that preclude any other romances?

  As for as I know you can only romance one character per playthrough. I didn't bother trying more than one as I didn't want to waste my time if it wasn't possible. So I recommend reloading your save. The romance perks are nice, but not THAT nice.

  Okay thanks yes i will get the 3 possible i can get in one playthrough as im using a female and not risk missing out on the others. It might be possible if you bang them but then say it was just a one night stand, nothing more, but yeah i dont want to risk it lol.

  As you’ll find out almost immediately, male protagonists aren’t Kurt’s “type”, so this is only available on female playthroughs.
  
  Mild spoiler warning..
  
  Make sure to get Kurt’s relationship status to friendly before the end of The Prince’s Secret main story mission or this could become a missable achievement.
