  Can be easily done with a coop partner. Who ever starts the firing range (by pressing the button) will unlock the achievement so make sure you switch turns. You’ll need 15 targets in 20 seconds.
  
  Available after you reach Sanctuary and right after you help Marcus put out the fires in his store.
  
  I’ve noticed sometimes that some targets show up at the last second making it impossible to complete so keep trying!! Focus on splitting the firing range in half and focus on your section. You’ll know your group did it cause you’ll see confetti and unlock a challenge too.

  I need help with this one. I’ve had no luck at all finding the right weapons, and it’s the last achievement I need to finish the game. Message me @ GT “Johnny Ola” if you can help!
  
  Never mind! After many fruitless attempts, I randomly got this solo using, of all things, a double-barrelled shotgun called “Speedloadin’ Hellwalker.” I was pleasantly surprised!

  I think I've got a better way if you want to do this solo, but you'll need a specific legendary to do it.
  
  I recently acquired a Nuclear The Dictator (element doesn't matter), and I noticed it came with a bipod. That helps because weapon accuracy is what kills you here with this chievo. Then, I shot this beast. 5 projectiles across a relatively wide spread, but in a perfect horizontal line!
  
  You know what this means? It means hitting more than one target at a time is what it means! It also means that you effectively only have to be accurate vertically.
  
  Keep at it! It'll still take a few tries, but it'll happen.
  
  My previous best using many different styles and setups was 13... once. My first try with this puppy was 14.

  I have a TERRIBLE aim at shooting games and this achievement has been a complete, total and absolute nightmare since I got this game on november 2019, until I saw Recster's suggestion; I decided to go kinda like "overkill" (but to maximize my chances), and it still took like 7-10 attempts to me. But this achievement was unlocked easily for me with this:
  
  1- Moze would be a good character for this (ammo regen, high mag size)
  2- get any Dictator
  3- get any class mod that boosts Vladof Magazine Size
  4- (Optional) get any Artifact that boosts reload speed
  
  Probably you don't need all of this as any vault hunter can do that even without the magazine size boost, but yeah, I just wanted to get this over asap, and I got it in less than 10 minutes.

  Can also attest to "The Dictator" AR making this way easier for the solo approach. After multiple attempts over hours with other guns including infinity pistol my aiming was always just off enough to miss 1 target.
  
  Realized I had Otchky The Dictator in bank after seeing you mention it, pulled out, switched to bipod, had class mod and some skill tree attributes that increased mag size. Pretty sure it was over 5 bullets horizontally, but in less than 10 more attempts got all 15 and I can't even say I saw all 15 targets or aimed directly at them.

  There are two difficulties/modes that you can select. I suggest picking Normal mode.
  
  This can be done very easily with a coop partner.
  (The achievement unlocks to the player that hits the button)
  
  Normal Mode -
  You need to hit 15 targets in 20 sec.
  
  Challenge Mode -
  You need to hit 20 targets in 25 sec.
  In this mode you need to be careful as if you hit claptrap it will fail.
  If you hit Handsome Jack destroys all active targets, giving you the points for them.
  
  You need to hit all targets or else you need to restart.
  I suggest using an SMG and set it to Semi-auto.

  Did this solo with the Shocking 9 Volt, dropped by Killavolt. Took a few tries but did it! If you have a class mod that boosts reload speed, you'll be fine. Spray from the hip.Keep at it!

  Just completed this achievement today. The tactic that worked for us was one person shooting the top targets and the other person shooting the bottom targets.
