    The hardest part about this achievement is finding someone to boost with. Once you find somebody its pretty easy and quick.

    Just have someone keep creating player matches, and have the other guy search. I prefer Farmland since you start off directly in front of each other. Also make sure that you are both Leprechaun since he has the lowest health.

    XxBeastinXxT813IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE AWARE OF.
    Vigilante 8 is a glitched arcade game. Please keep in mind that it can cause hardware problems and weird glitches that will require you to delete the hdd cache 3 times. Delete your xbox profile. Re-download it as well as a number of other glitches. Also don't play player matches it should be ranked matches. Not sure why this wasn't specified in the walkthrough above. Hope this helps and if you have any questions when this game starts fucking up your shit. Just reach out to me. Trust me, this game is ass.

    Lonsta DaMonstaI had the same issues as the above comment. I cleared my HDD cache, deleted the game, and redownloaded my profile -- and that fixed it.

    lordeleoWhen I enter the game, my profile goes offline and I cannot connect. Only when I exit the game it connects to Xbox Live again. Any solution?

    FlowdenIf you get the following issue when trying to play MP or check leaderboards:
    -it logs you out quietly and asks you to choose which profile to use. Then it gets stuck trying to load that profile. After several minutes it will tell you that your connection to live timed out.
    Warning: do not press the xbox button, just press b to cancel (or wait it out) when it is trying to load your profile. If you press the xbox button it will hang your xbox and you will need to physically press the off button twice to shutdown.

    Solution (the one XxBeastinXxT813 mentions):
    -delete Vigilante 8 Arcade (and DLC)
    -go to storage, press Y to clear HDD cache, do it 3 times
    -delete your profile on your HDD (first option, just the profile, not the second one)
    -clear the cache 3 times again just to be sure
    -turn off your xbox 360
    -turn on your xbox 360 and sign in with your profile so it downloads it off the xbox servers
    -go to download history and download Vigilante 8 (and DLC)
    -Voila now the multiplayer will work

    This was only needed to be done once to access MP. Turned off Xbox several times for 2 days to check if MP access still worked and it did.

    DarthRandalNCFirst of all, thank you XxBeastinXxT813 and Flowden for posting a fix for the MP. However, this game does not give you the option to store your save files in the cloud. Basically, when I ran through this fix, deleting the game wiped my single player save data at the same time. I'm so used to dumping saves on cloud storage that I didn't even think about it until it was too late.

    I was three cars into clearing hard mode, so it's not too bad, but I would definitely finish all your single player achievements first BEFORE you apply this fix to avoid the same issue I ran into.

    EarthboundXSeems you might have to be the match host for wins to count. Player matches did work for me. This achievement seems buggy, boosting partner has gotten about 15 wins, 10 where I hosted, 5 where they did, and and nothing is popping for them. They did have the trial game bug at the start though, but they fixed it.

    OK now I hit the bug where it either won't let me sign in, or connect to XBL with just this game. This game is busted.
