This achievement is earned in the Baldur’s Gate 2: Throne of Bhaal campaign .
Note: You would need to have completed each of the challenges in the pocket plane to earn this achievement.

This achievement guide picks up after earning:
With Balthazar vanquished you will be teleported back to the pocket plane to chat with Solar again. Having defeated Balthazar has unlocked the final challenge on the pocket plane.
Use this time to complete any of the other challenges as well and finalize any crafted items you want made.
- Head back to the pocket plane to face the final challenger, a fight against the Ravager.
TIP: If the Ravager doesn’t spawn in the room, rest and he should appear. Also, be sure you create a save game after defeating him and before using the exit.
Once he’s defeated, you will get a message that the realm will be destroyed once you enter the
Abyssal Realm…head for the exit and select “I am ready. It is time for the end”
