As of October 2nd, an update was released to make the Trial and Playground give credit. It's now possible to reach 100%.
Yet, as I had 100% in Serie 13 only, and, due to the previous update, I did not technically reach 100%, my achievement did not unlock at that time. And currently with this update... Nope, the achievement won't unlock either, and I don't know why. We'll see how it goes at the end of the month
Currently there's an undetermined issue that seems to make the achievement unobtainable for now since the update released.*** Spoiler - click to reveal *** In fact, people that did 100% on a serie between 7 to 12 earned the achievement, but people fully completing the serie 13 don't have the achievement unlocked (as a proof, this is currently my case), so there is no way to say if the achievement will work in the future unless the developpers actually know the issue. I'll update in time.
UPDATE : With my results of today's events, I could point out that the %age issue is linked to the Playground and Trial, but I'll need more data to confirm it. When you do your own, check after every event you did how many %age it gave you.
Until the issue is resolved, the Summer/Spring event will not go above 88% completion and Autumn/Winter will not go above 86% resulting in the Festival reaching 87% when it'll end.
Now, take note that I'm French, and the names I put down there might not be exact, I'll do my best to be accurate. Also, I like to call the Playground Games mode "Arena" because it's easier and shorter to say, so don't be lost if you see it as some point.

Here's my personal guide to complete to 100% the current serie 14. I currently use data from the devstream, but will update as soon as serie 14 starts, and also when we can get access to more informations towards championship restrictions / PR Stunt required scores.
I'll list down below every possible activity required, and also every reward you can get.
YOU NEED TO REACH 100% ON EACH SEASON FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT even though the rewards stop at 80%.
This is what you need to see in order to get the achievement :
Also, the DLC (Fortune Island and Lego Speed Champions) have their own seasonal stuff, but those do not count for the achievements ! So do not bother doing them, or getting the DLCs as it's useless.
Lastly, note that you can do every activities for a season in one day BUT the daily challenges will require you to log in at least every 3 days as they have a 72 hour setup.
I don't know how retroactive daily challenges, rivals, and ranked works on seasons as I always worried to complete it before season changed, so take care about that too.
"Dokter V" confirmed in the comments that you can complete challenges while on the next season and still get the percentage increase. Now we still need to confirm if it's possible to complete the Festival to 100% once the serie has ended.

There are 3 seasonal championships for each season, complete the 12 of them and you'll get this one. I believe the Trial and Playground doesn't count towards this.
These 4 achievements are individually unlocked by doing what's listed on the previous achievement above
Complete the weekly #Forzathon challenge with the required car and every daily challenge for a season to get this
As Rivals are needed here, you'll get this one once the Rivals event is completed
Like the in the last achievement listed above for TU#7, you'll just have to complete the weekly challenge to earn this one
12 PR stunt per Playlist, 3 per season, only complete one for this
The Trial is a required event to 100% a season, so, do it and you're good. Warning : Online coop mode
3 seasonal championship per season, complete and win every race in it to get the achievement

If you're not sure about your driving, just drive at 10 kmh and it will work. I believe you still have to complete the lap in under 10 minutes. This Rivals looks like it could be completed in under 2 minutes without any real worries, I'll update the time by putting my time when the event comes.

GENERAL TIPS :
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***- For the Trial and Arena, consider playing in a group, with friends, or randoms from the community that will not quit mid-game or that will not be prepared for those events
- For Ranked, it's better to find a Team Adventure match, as they can be shortened if one of the team win's half+ (2 wins if no freeroam rush, 3 wins if there is) of the events. This is also doable in ranked Arena, but I don't think many of you here have bothered grinding Ranked Arena as it doesn't reward anything.
- For Arena, if you're on your own, and you see the team is losing 2 games in a row, consider quitting. It will avoid you a sore loss and give you more time to find another game that you could win. Remember, team games are 50/50 chance of winning, so in 2 games only you could get it (statistically).
- For Trial, there's a trick to do to help your team if you're a decent driver and you manage to take the lead. If you slow down a bit while in front of the AIs, you will slow the AI down too, this letting your teammates climb some positions.
- For Playground, if it happens that you go on a Tie (same score for both teams on one event), the game will not let tie happen.
In Infected, the game checks how many survivors were alive when the timer ends on both teams (if no team dominated the other). If there are the same amount on both, I actually don't know, because this never happened to me before.
In Flag, the first team to play of both will win, as the goal for the 2nd round is that the attacking team puts 1 more flag than the ennemy team.
In King, if you have the same time, it will take (I'm not certain) the team that shared the crown the less time (as if it counted in miliseconds).
- For everything listed down there, feel free to use your own builds/cars if you have. My goal here is to bring anybody the possibility to complete it for the cheapest price, so using cheap cars (when it's possible).
- For the PR stunts, be wary about Winter, that it's more difficult to achieve some values, like for Danger signs, as the road will be harder to drive and easier to slip out.
- For the championships, if you can, play with people. It's easier to win those in team as you don't need so much effort. Explaination : If you're on your own, you'll need to worry about the score of the AIs growing up like yours on the championship, meaning that if everybody actually gets the same position for every race (on a 3 event champ.), you'll win, but it you happen to position 2nd on 2 races, and the 2nd gets 1st on these races, he will win and you not, so you'll basically have to aim for the top each time. If you play with someone, it's only score based, so it doesn't matter about individual scores, and if for example you get 3rd every race and your friend gets 5th every race, you'll still win, because of how the points work (400 pts for you + 300 for your teammate against 2x200 + 1x100 + 3x0 + 50pts for the ennemy team. 700 vs 550 pts)
- For every offline mode (PR stunts, championships), abuse replay. Don't let a chance to win pass because you were that close to winning it.
- For Rivals, just slow down to complete it safely. Also, note that, if you're aiming for a good score, that doing a 2nd lap just after your first will greatly help you, as you will earn the bonus speed from your last lap speed.
- For the daily challenges, you can just connect on the game every 3 days to complete them, just be aware of the calendar to not miss one.
- If you're going for this achievement, but have a few time to play (1 hour a day only), set yourself daily goals. Example : Day 1 : Trial, Day 2 : Playground, Day 3 : Stunts+Rivals+Remix, Day 4 : Championship 1, Day 5 : Championship 2, Day 6 : Championship 3, Day 7 : Ranked. Try to not do too much at the same time. Anticipating Ranked can also help you a lot, if you're not going for the achievement this season, then starting doing the Ranked one, as you'll save a lot of time later.
- Fortune Island and Lego Speed Champions have seasonal events (championships, trial, stunts) but they do not count toward this progress at any point, and don't really have interesting rewards (Wheelspins only), yet the seasonal stunt on Lego rewards a Super Wheelspin, so it's worth it if you have the DLC
- I can not confirm that you can do daily challenges the next season when they're still available, neither if doing Rivals and Ranked later in the month can give you the rewards/progression. I would say it does, but do not take my word, as Forza is totally buggy right now and everything might not work properly.
- If at any point you have any issue with something, message me on Live, and I'll try my best to help you the as soon as I can. I'm the one who wrote this guide, so you'll not bother me. This is my responsibility.
- Have fun. Yeah, don't forget that, even if this achievement looks like a pain in the *** it's not really. For me, the worst part are "Win the playground" and "Log on often for the daily challenges". The rest of it is more enjoyable honestly

Just follow the drawn road as there are no checkpoints.

12 starts from PR Stunt : The shortest/fastest PR Stunt to get 3 stars is the Horizon Drag Strip speed trap (the one at the festival), as you'll never meet any difficulty and is one of the easiest to complete. Do it 4 times to get your 12 stars.

You'll have many opportunities to earn the skill, and at some point, all the opponents will be stuck somewhere, leaving you a place where you can go back and forth if you didn't get it already. Just follow the drawn road as there are no checkpoints.

Ultimate Drafting skills : Best to do on straight lines when starting a race. Try to stay behind the cars as long as possible and not pass them. Race code : "100 434 799"
Slingshot skills : Same as previously, but this time, once you see you earned a drafting skill, simply pass the cars in front of you. I used the same race as above, just be sure to use a car with a great acceleration to pass the other cars.
Win Road Sprint event : Race code "222 511 090". Can be completed in under 10 seconds
250'000 skill score : Go to the Greendale Airstrip with a speed/drift car and combine drifts + wreckages to get this faster. Going back and forth should earn you a decent combo allowing you to get this under 2 minutes. Using a car upgraded with perks is best. A Forza Edition car with Drift skills bonus is the best. Just a reminder that you don't need to achieve 250'000 points in one combo, as this challenge cumulates them.
3 stars Danger sign : This is 3 stars total, so this should be easy. The easiest danger sign is the Broadway Windwill, as you can get an insane speed before taking it. Doing it with the Ferrari 599XX E is the simplest to go over 500 meters.
Win Drag Strip event : The shortest drag strip event is the Festival one. One tip you have to know, is that AI cars can't upgrade their engines, meaning that if you do a custom race including only one car, and this car has an upgraded engine, you'll destroy the AIs.

"Complete all activities in a single Festival Playlist Series."I will present this guide as a gaming class would be. Here's how you can easily use them.
When searching for a tune or anything else, try to search my Gamertag "DF I Phoenix". Once you found one of my creations, press

I - INTRODUCTION*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***What exactly is a Festival Playlist Series ? Press

You'll directly notice at the top left corner the fact that 4 seasons (Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring) are listed. It's important.
To get a clearer view of what's expected, you have to understand what a Festival Playlist SERIES is. Press .
Here you can see the Festival Playlist History, that actually states every single Festival Playlist Series that ever existed on Horizon 4 (yes, it started at 7).
You can see the dates, you can see the series, and this page actually represents the PAST series, the series you cannot do anymore. Your goal, is to get this result happen
What does this mean ? Click on a Season : This means you have to get "Complete!" on every single event listed in there. You have to see the Festival Playlist percentage showing 100%.
This means you have to play on every season for the same series, and complete everything. Including daily challenges (which are only active for 72 hours).
WARNING : This means that have to log into the game more often than every 72 hours in order to be certain you complete it.
WARNING °2 : This also means that you can't complete those challenges once they are no more active (shows as expired).
WARNING °3 : This also applies to the seasons, meaning that if you did not 100% Summer for example, it's over for the current Serie.
WARNING °4 : This means that you have to start between the 1st and the 3rd day of a Serie if you want to get this achievement. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until next month (as a Serie last 4x7 = 28 days).
WARNING °5 : It was confirmed in the comments that you can complete a daily challenge for a season even (like the last of the season) at the beginning of the next season, and it will still count for the %age.
WARNING °6 : I confirm that you have to reach 100% for the Serie before it ends, otherwise it won't unlock. This means that you MUST be present on the last day of the Serie to complete it totally.
WARNING °7 : The community in the comments is investigating the fact that you might be able to complete "offline" events if you're playing Forza on your PC and changing your PC clock. More info on this later
Now that you know what is expected, and that you are warned about what to and what not to do, let's get deep into the guide.
II - THE EVENTS*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***During the Serie, you'll face different types of events, that will need to be done each season (week). Yet, there are 2-3 events that only needs to be completed once for the Serie :
- Ranked Matchmaking
- Monthly Rival
(- Horizon Story) *only appears if some new story gets added when the serie gets released*
During the Seasons, you'll face different types of events. Those events can be listed here :
- 1 Weekly Challenge
- 7 Daily Challenges
- The Trial
- The Playground event (Arena)
- 3 PR Stunts
- 3 Seasonal Championships
(- 1 Showcase Remix) *will not always appear, but when it does, it's required too in order to reach 100%*
III - THE GENERAL TIPSStarting with the Monthly events :
- Ranked Matchamking : In order to complete this goal, you'll need to be ranked, meaning that if you did not have earn the Ranked Solo/Team achievement, you'll have to go and complete 10 ranked games. The way ranked works is the following : There are 10 ranked games for any ranked mode required to complete in order to get a rank. Here, you only need to get ranked in one mode, so only 10 games maximum will be expected. If you got ranked in a previous season, you'll not have to replay those 10 games, but instead you'll have to complete another game of ranked to "refresh" your rank. You don't need to win, if you just want to AFK those games, you totally can (if you do, try to go in Solo Ranked).
- Monthly Rival : The easiest part of this achievement. You simply need to complete the rival event, this means that you simply have to complete a lap without any fault. You can drive at 15 kmh/mph, it doesn't matter. You just need to do a clean lap. What does this mean ? Do not hit walls, do not get out of the circuit, do not rewind. It's that simple. The Rival event usually takes around 2 minutes to be completed.
- Horizon Story : You need to get every star from the Story (e.g. 10 missions = 30 stars). Be aware of the goals you need to beat to get the 3 stars while selecting the mission.
Now, let's go deep into the seasonal events :
- Weekly Challenge : This event consists of 4 steps. The 1st step is always to drive the requested car, so you'll need to own it and drive it outside. The following steps will require you to do certain tasks. Those tasks are usually similar to the daily challenges, so for specific steps, just find it below on the daily challenges tips. The only important part here, is that you have to complete those steps while using the weekly car. To see the exact progression for those steps (example : Win 3 Street events), you can go into the Forzathon menu by clicking on the weekly challenge button. This way you can see the progress for your current challenge, and also the 3 active daily challenges.
- Daily Challenges : 72 hours. 3 days. Be sure to always come to complete them everytime you log into your console/PC. This is what can fail this achievement the most easily. Forgetting one, and it's over until next serie. For any of those challenge, you can find a tip in the list at the bottom of this guide.
- The Trial : PvE event, with online players. You have to team up with random teammates against AIs in UNBEATABLE difficulty. This is totally doable. In this guide comment section, you can share/find builds recommended by other players for this challenge. Sometimes you'll fail with randoms, sometimes you'll win. As long as you do your best, it will work.
- The Playground (Arena) : PvP event. Certainly the worst part here. At least, you have the whole week to get this. As it's PvP, you'll have to face other players, that might be teamplaying (that's the goal honestly), and that might be better than you. Your best hope is to get on this kind of player team. Even if you were the best driver in the world, if your teammates are trash, you're gonna lose.
- PR Stunts : Usually, Drift zones don't happen as seasonal PR Stunts, but it can happen, so you'll most likely have to face Danger signs, Speed Traps and Speed Zones. I made builds available for everyone for any circumstance, but you'll also require skill. Do not forget that rewinding can help you a lot here. In my opinion, it's not a difficult part, because it's short to complete, but you need the right car, and some stunts might be awful to beat. Winter season will crush your dreams so don't give up, as the snow will drastically affect the way you'll behave on those stunts. A simple Speed Trap/Danger sign can be way harder is the asphalt gets covered in snow, but this does not mean that you require offroad tires. I have higher Speed trap records with my best cars that don't have offroad tires than with slower cars that have offroad tires. In any case, try everything you can. X999 builds are the key (except for drift zones, never)
- Seasonal Championships : 2 restrictions applied on each championships. Usually a PI restriction, that forces you to drive a car from a certain class, and usually a championship restriction, that forces you to play a certain type of car, but this second restriction can change, and can be country related, manufacturer related, or even tune related. Also, same applies for Trial and Playground event, but in those championships, you're alone. And this is why I would recommend you try to find someone to play with you. Because it's a lot easier to complete those championships as a team, than as a single player, due to the way the score works.
- Showcase Remix : Not something really hard, it's usually fun to play. Developpers tend to put that with the idea of bringing something funny/new to these events. One that I remember that was creative, was the Harry Potter showcase, where you drive the Ford Anglia (Harry Potter 2 car from the Weasleys) against the Train. This was creative.
IV - THE CHALLENGES TIPSAnd here we go for every single daily challenge strategy :
- Pass, Double Pass, Triple Pass skills : Best done while starting a race. Race code "".
- Drive for X distance/Reach X speed : Go to the Astmoor Highway, and drive back and forth until you complete it.
- Earn X stars in X PR Stunt : You don't need to do it in one go. Easiest Speed Trap is the Festival Drag Strip Speed Trap. Easiest Speed Zone is .... Easiest Drift Zone is .... Easiest Danger Sign is ....
- Drift or E-Drift skills : Drive a bit fast, then steer while pressing A. Should not be a problem at any point. For longer drifts, just get a higher speed/distance
- Drafting skills : Best to do it while starting a race. Race code "". Simply follow a car, don't go too fast to avoid crashing, and keep following it until you get it
