  Proceed to Southeast Portion of the new Rise of the Ghosts DLC area. Location will be called Recondite Ark. Upon arriving wipe out all the enemies and enter the Ark. Pick up the Feltrite Laser Launcher and complete the tutorial. After finishing the Achievement will unlock.
