How to unlock the Does This Look Infected to You? achievement

    This achievement is acquired at the end of the campaign on any mode.
    It requires you to kill the last 'boss'.
    Shoot it a few times, doesn't really need any explanation.
    You get the achievement along with the campaign complete achievements.

    keene ohdon't worry if it does not pop up at the same time as the campaign complete achievements, mine took a minute or so to unlock after the campaign complete achievments had.

    Madlmax120i got them right after eachother. like 4 or 5 achievements in a row.
    (easy, normal, all co-op, last level etc.)

    Solario32Final boss fight was such a disappointment compared to the end boss fight in Gears 1.
