This guy went through extreme detail including labeled screenshots of where everything is. It only took me about an hour to go back into the game and get all the ones I missed by loading checkpoints on casual. Once you pick up the collectable just load the next checkpoint, you do NOT need to save the game or reach the next checkpoint to get credit for the collectible.
