For those that are wondering how bodies detected effect this, the answer is that you don't. You can have 999 bodies detected, but as long as you yourself main undetected, you will get this ez. You can easily see how many times you've been detected via the stats menu accessible by pressing 'esc'. You will also have a nice check mark beside ghost in mission overview letting you know you are on your way.
