To get this you first have to buy the Slam Dunk Trapping upgrade.
Once you have bought it, damage a ghost until you can use the capture stream on it. Make sure you've thrown out your ghost trap. Once the ghost is above/near your trap use a slam and it should instantly capture the ghost, and unlock the achievement.
