    When you level up you get an upgrade point. Spend your points to upgrade each missile once.

    Achievement Walkthrough:
    Showing only comment.
    Sashamorning I found that after a certain point, there were no more unlock spots on any of the levels. Somehow I missed at least one, and had to restart to max my missiles. I went past level 45 before I finally restarted.

    I was able to unlock all the missiles by level 9.
