    Actually Gerth that is not correct you actually achieve this by getting the girls XP to 130,000 not 230! However u need to level one of your characters to level 4 to unlock the Grandad. I advise anyone to carry on using this girl as she will be level 3 to obtain this achievement so you won't have far to go. Level 4 is at 240,000 XP :)
