    During the main mission The City and the Stars you’ll travel to Byzantium and be tasked with entering the HHC Building. Once inside make your way to the office upstairs and access the terminal. You will watch a humorous video and once it’s complete the achievement will unlock.

    Depending on your choices during your playthrough I believe the main mission Signal Point in Space is the alternate to the previously mentioned mission where this will unlock.
