  This achievement requires you to use a zip line, jump off of it, and while you're landing, perform a death from above kill on an enemy below. Like the Sniper and Efficient achievements, finding a good spot can be sort of hard, but don't worry, I've uploaded a video showing you all a very good spot. This is the moment I unlocked the achievement, even on my first try.

  This is done on Kolchak Harbor mission. As soon as you start the mission, you can fast travel to a point close to the bridge. Do that, then proceed to bridge, 4 enemies will spawn next to white van. Kill them however you want, proceed to bridge on right side, take out sniper with a silenced rifle and then do what is shown on video! +1

  so i did freerunner & interrogator in the same video because i got them both on kolchak harbor and they were very close to each other
  
  for interrogator you need to find an officer (the ones that show up as diamonds when you tag them) and creep up behind him then press x to interrogate him
  
  for freerunner you need to drop down onto an enemy whilst using the zipline and it will auto kill them for you so you dont even have to shoot
