    Unlocked this last night, while being at Night in the game, I was doing a race event, my damage went into the critical zone, simply go through a petrol station to refill your NOS/repair your car.

    The achievement will then unlock.

    Drive until your damage bar is in the last segment. Then drive to the workshop.
