You need to free a Jinjo. The easiest is the blue one.

Blue Jinjo Cell - Behind houses near Mumbo's Hut.
Blue Jinjo Switch - Next to the cell.
Blue Jinjo House - Along the river near the Cell.

The easiest Jingo to find is in the theater district.

1. Warp to the theater district
2. Walk as if going back to the town center.
3. When you come to the alley leading back to the town center on your left should be the caged jingo and on the right the switch.
4. Put the jingo in your vehicle and drive him to the now marked home.
