    Culture win guide:
Not sure why there's no guide up for this so I'll explain how I got it. It's not hard, just confusing as the game doesn't really explain it well.
**The culture victory is you having more foreign tourists than your opponent has domestic. Click rb and go to world rankings, then rb twice to see how you're holding up. Even this screen confused me somewhat, I basically just used it to confirm I was winning.
***obviously you don't have to follow this guide to the letter it's just explaining how I unlocked this and the basics of a culture win. Feel free to tweak the custom settings to your liking.

    The setup:
    -custom game
    -settler (easy)
    -huge map
-two leaders, you vs one other (hit RT then go to the x on the leader select screen until its just you and one other leader)
-no city states (they annoy me, but you can put some on if you want)
    -no barbarians
    -no turn limit
    -no score victory
-Island map or any map with alot of coastline.
    -dry or normal world
-new world (mountains help with the appeal of tiles I believe)
    -America as your civ
*make your opponent america as well and you can get the other culture achievement at the same time
-renaissance start (not super important just saves a bit of time, could probably do later but I haven't tested)

    1) Start the game and settle your cities close to a coast line, but make sure you don't settle on a piece of coastline which is grass or desert, rated 4 or higher in terms of appeal (push select and you can see the rating of each tile) same goes for districts, try to save the 4 and higher rated tiles, located on the coast, for improvements (farms, mines, camps, etc), as they can be removed, while districts to the best of my knowledge cannot. Essentially you want to build as many seaside resorts as possible once you've researched radio in the tech tree.
    2) go to the tech tree and select radio. Which allows you to build seaside resorts.
    3) while you are working on that, delete all the units you start with aside from recon(set them to auto explore, or don't, up to you) as they cost gold and you won't need to defend on such a large map with no barbarism.
*worth noting that the enemy may eventually find you and send units to try and convert you to their religion, so I suggest having some faith stored up in case they show up.
    4) prioritize theatre district, campus, holy site, commercial, and have three or four cities. just get as much culture as you can:
    - great people
    - great works
    - wonders
    -custom religion perks
    - anything that has the little purple culture icon will help you bring in the tourism.
5)once radio has been researched get some builders built and build as many seaside resorts as you can. Again, the tile needs to be on a coast, rated 4 or higher in terms of appeal and must be grass or desert afaik.
    6) go to the tech tree and select computers, it gives you a large tourism boost.

That's basically the strategy I used, and it's worked consistently three different times. If you have any questions or are confused on my wording leave a comment or msg. Ps I'm on my phone so formatting is a bit of a hassle.

GooberinoIf you want to cheese it, get the land party and selfie achievement all in one just do it on hot seat. With player 2 settle a city and just do campus research grants on a full queue.

With player 1 you just go nuts building art and what not
