    Level: Winter Contingency

    Par Score: 15,000

    Difficulty: Heroic

    Skulls: Famine, Tilt, Fog, Catch

Final time and score: Roughly 16 minutes and 42K score

I would recommend just playing through the level more or less naturally. Focus on getting plasma pistols to take out elites (even tapping the trigger instead of full overcharge works well due to tilt to save ammo, but I still overcharged for the most part).

Don't forget you can skip one of the earlier areas by just driving through it with the transport vehicle. Being generally familiar with the level helps keep time down, but with the score I had, getting par time is not vital.

Remember to focus on headshotting grunts and jackals with the pistol and DMR (don't forget the "ordinance" DMR when defending the marines towards the end before being transported; it's right behind them in the underground bunker-like area right in the center).

After going inside the base when Kat hacks the door open, you will need to re-collect a plasma pistol (particularly for the sword elite at the end of the level). There is also a nearby DMR in a case to pick up instead of the Magnum.

EDIT: I did run through this on Legendary with a group of three, and just naturally playing we got par time and score relatively easily, so that's a viable side option. (38K score in 12.5 minutes)

VRETENAR 906Am I unable to see my time and score because I have Fog on? I'm not sure why I don't have a score.

Dragonborn GearIt's been over 4 years since I've gotten this achievement, so unless they've changed it, you just need to make sure "Competitive Scoring" is selected in the options section in the mission selection screen. With that being said, Fog should only disable your radar.

I did this on Legendary. As I'm rather rubbish at Legendary, I added Famine (as there's no shortage of dropped weapons, so ammo will not be an issue) and Iron (as I was using the Home Screen-Quit method to avoid losing points on dying) to give a multiplier of 6.24.

I took my time going through, trying to strike a balance between killing everything and not getting my butt shot off, reloading before the death animation completed if I got killed. Also, once I got the vehicle, I stuck with it until the Falcons came to pick everyone up - that thing can take a lot more hits than I can on Legendary, and it was fun getting splatter multikills on the Grunts.

In the next srction, I stayed back and sniped with the DMR through the door until it shut, and then tried to kill all the Grunts and Jackals in the night vision section before Jorge did.

I didn't use a plasma pistol on the final Sword Elite, instead I dropped down off the ledge for the shotgun.

In the end, I came in well outside of par time, but with just enough points for the achievement to pop.
