In 'Important Cosmic Jobs,' you will need to retrieve a red tool box for the janitor in order to unlock the break room. You can find the tool box right outside of the storage room, sitting against the wall.
Once inside the break room, you will encounter a wack-a-mole esque arcade game called 'Space Slam,' only to find out that it is missing a key component necessary to play it. The lady inside will direct you to the archive room, where another character will then ask you to locate his blue access card for him.
The blue access card can be collected by following around the ICJ's vacuum robot, who will eventually drop it during one of his animation cycles.
After giving the character his blue access card, he will grant you access to the maze. Traverse through the maze until you find an reddish-orange character named George, who will be lying dead with the ball from Super Slam.
Once you bring the ball back to the break room, you can finally play Super Slam. The game requires the player to hit a progressively increasing number of buttons with the ball under ten seconds, along with shooting it through a hoop afterwards, across ten rounds. It isn't incredibly demanding, but does require a good deal of speed.
Simply top the high score of 6,000 and the achievement is yours.
