If you don't have this achievement by the time you get all of the other ones, congrats! You're pretty good at Five Nights at Freddy's 4.
In order to get this achievement, you just need to be jumpscared and killed by every animatronic:
Nightmare Bonnie - Comes from the left door. The best way to trigger a jumpscare from him would be to continuously run over to the left door, immediately flashing your light as soon as you get there. He is bound to get you at some point this way.
Nightmare Chica - Comes from the right door. Again, the best way to get a jumpscare from her would be to continuously run back and forth to the right door, flashing your light as soon as you get there, and she'll eventually kill you.
Nightmare Foxy - Remembering the fact that you can listen for his footsteps to tell where he is before sneaking into the closet can help you in the reverse sense here. If you hear footsteps running from the left to the right, approach the left door and wait until you hear him run into the closet (marked by a door creaking behind you.) This also applies to him running from the right to the left, except you want to approach the right door and wait instead. Once he's in the closet, just repeatedly either turn around and look at the bed before turning back, or run to the side doors and back without ever approaching the closet. He should kill you after a couple moves or so of ignoring him.
Nightmare Freddy - Probably the easiest animatronic to get killed by. Freddy requires the player to check the bed with your light over and over to push him back. Just start any night (other than night 5) and don't move at all. This will trigger the jumpscare rather soon.
Nightmare Fredbear - This is the second easiest animatronic to get killed by. The best way to get a jumpscare from Nightmare Fredbear would just be to start up night 5 and not move at all. He'll kill you before 1AM.
Nightmare - Nightmare is a bit more difficult to be killed by, but considering how luck-based his AI can feel on 20/20/20/20 mode, he should kill you at some point during Night 8. If not, just start up Nightmare (Night 7), survive until 4AM, and then stand still at any location in the bedroom. His jumpscare should pop up not long after.
Nightmare Balloon Boy - Start up his minigame in the extras menu, and don't flash your light until there is one second left on the clock in the top right. The moment the timer goes from 2 to 1, press
. This guarantees a jumpscare kill.
Plushtrap - Same as Nightmare Balloon Boy, except you can either do his minigame in between nights 1-5, or through the extras menu. Wait until there is one second left on the clock in the top right. The moment the timer goes from 2 to 1, press
and he will jumpscare you 100% of the time.
After the last one you need jumpscares you and provides you with a game over, the achievement will unlock.
