In this version of the game this is even easier than before! The mod uses keyboard controls - I don't know if this is possible with a controller but who has a PC without a keyboard?
From the main menu, select MODS > OTHER - press Other so it is highlighted then SELECT at the bottom-right. Now find the "MONEY TOOL" - at the time of writing it is over at the far-right of the list (I don't know if it will move around). Select it then choose to install it.
It should install right away but you can go to MODHUB >INSTALLED to make sure it is ready to go.
Now back out to the main menu and start a new Career game. Choose any difficulty and any farmer. On the MODS/DLC page, be sure to select MONEY TOOL. Hit Start once it has a tick.
Decline the tour. Now simply press
CONTROL,
ALT and
9, all together. $1,000,000 will be added to your account, unlocking the achievement.
Aside from load times, this should take less than a minute!
