  I got this very easily in Level 4 of Old Town.
  Play the level until you come across a barrel right above a hole in the ground with an enemy beneath it.
  Kick the Barrel, hit the enemy below and pop.
  If you miss, you can simply ride the barrel down the slope and kill the next enemy, netting you the achievement (this is how I got it)
