This solution requires 2 controllers and takes less than 10 minutes to setup and play since you only need to play 1 game. Go to Scenario Creator > Singles. Add 2nd controller to left side and your controller for the account getting the achievement on the right. Select whichever players and court you want.
Settings
5 Sets Per Match (so you can win 3)
6 Games Per Set
Diffculty: Rookie (although shouldn't matter with dummy controller)
Confirm server for controller 1 player. Change the game score so your controlled player wins the first 2 sets 6-0, set the third set to 5-0. Confirm set progress, Play Match.
Simply win the final game and the achievement should pop.
