    Once you've got the pliers from the bedroom with the 'Mintiendo Breakcuve' and the 'RadStation 2', try to leave. The two screens will flash with the image on the bloody painting in the hallway, and you'll hear the knocking. This achievement will then unlock.

    Here is my 100% Achievement guide for Without Escape!

    Once you go into the left door bedroom and pick up some pliers, once you turn to leave, the TV's will automatically switch on but once you do leave, you hear knocking and the achievement unlocks.
