When on the second disk create a Rush only union and go to Robella Castle - Sweeping Safehold the northmost room. Link 2 or 3 landworms together and defeat them. This will give you a good chance to take apart some landworms while at the same time boosting your stats and skills without raising your BR too high. Everyone in your reserve will get boosts also. Just use whatever skills you want to raise and after a chain of about 200 your stats will raise like crazy. ( use the save and reload trick)
