  Actions

  At the start of the episode, ignore the umbrella, and activate the door panel, and then, the door mechanism.
  
  Select in the following order: Southeast, West, East, RANDOM, North.
  
  The RANDOM option changes in every game (you'd get it from the umbrella we're ignoring). So for your fourth choice, pick any except North, and eventually you'll open the door and unlock the achievement.

  I started the chapter grabbed the umbrella then dropped the painting then did loaded the auto save then the random was the arrow that I had previously seen. I don't know if it will work for others but that worked for me.

  - Better indicated than in the game guide here in TA, since in the guide it does not warn that one of the options is random +1
  
  - Mejor indicado que en la guía del juego aquí en TA, ya que en la guía no advierte que una de las opciones es aleatoria +1
