Power Armor skins are skins for your appearance in the game and can be bought with in game-currency or real world currency (gold bars). You can find and purchase these skins in the character menu under 'Power Suit Skins.'
You'll need 4,000 coins if you buy four the cheapest skins possible. Please also note that buying helmets does not count for this.
