This is a story related achievement. Finish the first mission and kill General Winkler at the end in a boss fight. The tough thing about this fight is his cloaking. You need to remove the cloak to be able to put some good damage on him.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***After he goes outside you need to weaken him just a bit more and he will fly back toward the engine. Shoot his fingers to make him lose his grip and die.
