Play Otomedius Gorgeous for 573 minutes.

You will get this by the time you clear the Arcade or G-Mode with all characters and collect all weapon cards but can be sped up with the help of a turbo controller. Turbo the 'A' and 'B' buttons in Arcade mode which will give you weapon cards and rack up time.
