This was slightly confusing as I was worried about missing this before completing the campaign when you get the "point of no return" warning.
Once you complete the campaign, you will unlock additional mission chains to track under the Objectives tab. You will see the checklist of the tasks/missions you need to complete to finish the A Global Offensive chain. Took me maybe 1.5 hours past the campaign to unlock.
