If you plan on boosting this you need a total of 4 people including yourself. The ranked win achievements are by far the most time consuming achievement in the game.

From the Main Menu select Multiplayer, Xbox LIVE, Ranked Match, and then Custom Match. Set the Game Mode to Speedball and the Game Type to Elimination then search.

You can not invite friends in Ranked Matches, so you’ll have to find each other randomly, which is not too hard. Once you have four players, start the game and have one team eliminate the other team.

You’ll also want to track your wins since the leader boards do not track them for you.

If you run into random players while boosting elimination matches you may want to try Center Flag games since CTF games take too long.

Note: This game is known in the United States as NPPL Championship Paintball 2009 and in Europe it is known as Millenium Championship Paintball 2009. Whilst the achievements, the leaderboards and the game are exactly the same, you will not be able to connect with a player who owns NPPL Championship Paintball 2009 if you own Millenium Championship Paintball 2009 and vice versa. Keep this in mind particulary when you are boosting the online achievements in this game.

Alright so the online for this game is dead and the game was never popular since it's release, so the only way your going to be able to get these achievements is to boost them. For 2 achievements in particular, you will need 4 people minimum in order to start a Ranked Match.

Setting Up Your Online Matches

Once you have created your profile in the game and chosen your character, you will need to go into "Multiplayer", choose "XBox Live" and then choose "Ranked Match". If you are going to be the host for this game, you need to choose "Custom Match". Otherwise you can click on "Quick Match" and chances are you will be sent into the Ranked Match your boosting group has created.

Custom Match Settings...

Game Mode: Speedball
Game Type: Elimination

Press the cn_A button to create the match.

Now you have the Red Team and the Yellow Team. By default the host will be on the Red Team and the order formation would be Player 2 would join Yellow, Player 3 would join Red & Player 4 would join Yellow. Keep this in mind for recording everyone's progress towards their achievements.

When everyone has joined the match, you need to get everyone to Ready Up by pressing the cn_A button and then the host can start-up the match. The arena you get in this game is totally random.

Boosting Method

Speedball is a game mode in which you can only fire one ball of paint at a time at your opponents, and it's small arena based map. As the game is set to Elimination, you all only get one life each. Whichever team is among the last left alive wins the round. You need to win 3 Rounds to win the match. So yes this would equal 3 Rounds x 50 Matches = 150 Rounds for the achievement.

It's up to you all as a team how you want to work on this, but keep in mind that the team that wins the match will give progression towards 2 people on the same team with a victory towards the related achievement.

Once the match has been completed, sadly the process must be rinsed and repeated in which the host has to create another Ranked Custom Match with the settings as said above and then getting everyone else to search for a Quick Match to see if they can pair up with the host.

Keeping Track Of Your Progress

There's no true tracking towards your progress in the game modes, but I'm pleased to announce that I've discovered what is actually needed using the Leaderboards when I was Quad Boxing this game with 3 of my dummy accounts.

In the "Multiplayer Menu", under "XBox Live", you should see "Leaderboards" which you can choose from. Here will be all of the game modes and other features in the game you can choose from that are recorded in each Ranked XBox Live Match you play. In this case choose "Ranked Speedball Eliminations".

Now this leaderboard shows you the Players names using "Score" with the person #1 in the world at the very top. You'll have to navigate using the cn_dpad or cn_LS.

What I've discovered is "Score" in this game is each "Kill" you accquire. Because I was the only active player in the game, I had to be the one getting all of the kills which has given me a total of 299 Points (should be 300 but I think my dummy killed one of the other dummies). This has put me around #125 on the Leaderboard.
If you do the sums, if you we're the only player in the match doing the Kills, it would equal as this...

3 Rounds x 2 Kills In Each Round = 6 Kills In A Match x 50 Matches = 300 Kills

So let's say you and your boosting group want to try-out a similar method. My suggestion would be using this achievement as an example...

NPPL Championship Paintball 2009PredatorThe Predator achievement in NPPL Championship Paintball 2009 worth 179 pointsMake at least 200 eliminations in multiplayer matches

If you assign one person and one person only to get 200 Kills, giving them the achievement, it would count as this...

3 Rounds x 2 Kills In Each Round = 6 Kills In A Match x 200 Kills... The outcome would be around your 33rd Match, you will have 198 Kills. Meaning that your 34th Match will give you the achievement after getting 2 out of the 6 Kills. So the outcome would be either get that same person just to get 204 Kills, giving them 204 Points in Score on the Leaderboard, or let the other person take over with kills and you know it's around 33 to 34 matches you have done.

Meanwhile if the person who is taking over has always been on the winning team it would equal = 16 Matches with 96 to 98 Kills towards the "Predator" achievement, eventually unlocking this one.

I hope this information helps you lot out in your progression towards this achievement. Good Luck.
