    There are 21 different types of cargo in the game, hereunder listed alphabetically:

    1. Bricks
    2. Cargo Container
    3. Cement
    4. Concrete Blocks
    5. Concrete Slab
    6. Consumables
    7. Drilling Equipment
    8. Drilling Spare Parts
    9. Fuel
    10. Large Pipes
    11. Medium Pipes
    12. Metal Beams
    13. Oil Barrels
    14. Oil Rig Drill
    15. Oversized Cargo
    16. Secure Container
    17. Service Spare Parts
    18. Small Pipes
    19. Special Cargo
    20. Vehicle Spare Parts
    21. Wooden Planks

    Some of the items are specific to a mission and cannot be found in the world or picked up from a warehouse. In order to get every one of each, special tasks and missions must be completed in the regions.

    The season pass included some new types of cargo as well, but usually, these do not count towards the achievement.
    However, there were some reports that collecting the new cargo could increase the cargo counter up to 21. Especially the logging missions could help speed up the achievement.

    X30 TrucaseI think it has something to do with cargo you can pick up or move with a crane.
    That would exclude big oil rig trailers or pipeline erection material.
    I‘m far from completing every cargo (around 50%), but I‘m very sure that special deliveries or saddle trailers with construction material do not count towards the achievement.

    ArcticRaiderThe special cargo on Drummond Island did it for me. Once I delivered the first container the achievment popped. That was my last one missing.

    X30 TrucaseI think that only the mission progress won‘t count for the joining person, as only the session host‘s progress is saved, but if you hand in some cargo, it should normally count towards this achievement. Try to have a look on the achievement tracker and see if the bar progresses. Have done it myself in singleplayer mode and everything was fine.

    I know that every new game upgrade (of the season pass) adds to the overall completion rate of the game, especially with respect to mission progress.
    It could be that this is the same for the cargo types.

    All the listed cargo from above can be found in the first three regions of the game Michigan, Alaska and Russia. The previously added map "Rift" in Russia did not include any new type of cargo.

    With phase 1 of the season pass, some new missions were added to the Michigan region. I also believe it's one mission in Drummond Island where you needed to visit the abandoned ship in the western part of the map to retrieve some "Oversized Cargo". Maybe it will continue if you complete this mission as well. It was not obvious because the mission was indicated on the map with a flag symbol instead of a letter symbol.

    But deducting from your 90% progress, I would assume that you're missing at least two types of cargo. It's a little strange, to be honest.
    What does the internet say about this achievement being bugget lately? It worked fine for me back then.

    TristxnWwIt is probably bugged at the moment. I've done it 3 times but it gets stuck at 80%.

    Medium and long logs, cargo container and oil rig drill they don't seem to work for me.

    Anyone having the same problem?

    X30 TrucaseIt‘s been long ago since I finished the achievement.
    Back then, there wasn’t a bug, not even during the buggy start of the game.
    But as you say, if you have only 80% unlocked, it looks like you’re missing other cargo as well.
    If you have some of the DLC, try unlocking different cargo. Maybe this helps towards the achievement. Also different forms of lumber or wood could assist in unlocking it.
