  All you have to do is buy the Huckster`s House and go to the room which has the "Hamburberg" writing logo on the wall and then give a smash with your sledgehammer against the door. It should make a sound like "knock knock".
  
  It may be called the Sellers House now due to the recent update.

  Basically use the demolition hammer on the front door of the seller's house.

  After getting this achievement, you can use the cleaning tool on the floor in the main room and sell it to get the Pro-creative achievement

  What do you do if you've already sold the house??

  You can still get the achievement if you sold the house. Once you sell all of the houses you will get the achievement for completing the game. Then you continue with the completed game and the game gives you the option to rebuy, and sell, all of the houses.

  I'm not really concerned about the hole in the floor but has anyone else noticed a hole in the ceiling directly above the hole in the floor?
