How to unlock the Bloodthirsty Messiah achievement

    To get this achievement you need to beat the boss in Area M then continue without turning in the quest and go to Area N then get past the vanishing blocks to fight Omega from MMZ3 and defeat him to get the achievement. Can only be done on Normal and higher. Also don't forget to go down to the bottom floor after beating Omega then go to the final door and get the Model O biometal which is unlocked after beating the game.
