How to unlock the Savior From the Sword Coast achievement

    This achievement can be obtained by doing the „Saving Souls“ Heroic Encounter located in the very north of Vallenhas map.
    You will have to kill several groups of mobs and free 4 citizens. Those 4 citizens will count towards the achievement.
    So you‘re looking at doing the heroic encounter 50 times given that you free all 4 citizens yourself and not another player. Also you have to finish the encounter for the citizens to count towards your progress.
    With half decent gear you should be able to solo the encounter.
    The fastest way to do this is to hop through the different Vallenhas instances by pressing „Back“ until the minimap in the bottom right is highlighted and then select „Change Instance“. Check if the Heroic Encounter is active. If not hop to the next instance.
    You can track your progress by going to Journal->Achievements->Quests->Savior From the Sword Coast.

    Golden SequenceSo.. after testing this a bit I do believe the daily quest will also count towards this achievement and gives 6 citizens per quest. You will have to turn the quest in to have it count though. These mobs seem to be easier to kill and the quest location is right outside of the starting location

    MehanizamYup,daily quest counts and thats what i did. 1 quest directs you to the northern part of the map(village) the other requires you to free citizens scatered over the middle of the map and the 3rd daily is limited to only 1 house with 3 civilists. Accepting and finishing the daily quests from the 2 questgivers rotates the quests so with bit of luck you get those needed

    S0PH0Sagreed three quests from Captain Rayns:
    1) Hidden Hostages:
    2) Villager Rescue:
    3) Save the Frightened:
    these will each contribute 6 citizens to this total depending on the quest

    LV 1 Blue SlimeThe Preyed Upon heroic event seems to provide 3 every time. For Saving Souls, it seems only ones you personally release count, I didn't get 4 every time. Also make sure to do it when there is double avernus currency, I got probabably 40 juma bags grinding out the achievement.
