This is a missable achievement during chapter 7

Majima will be tasked with purchasing some takoyaki in Chapter 7. After buying it from the vendor, you need to pass 15 minutes in real-time, so go do substories, minigames, etc, until the time is up. The takoyaki in your inventory will turn cold (you may need to reload the area) and you will receive this achievement.

I apparently had store-bought takoyaki in my inventory from the last time I played as Majima. As I exited the shack, Majima made mention of already having cold takoyaki.
So I bought the hot takoyaki. Waited 15 minutes and it turned cold. no achievement. I bought another hot takoyaki and waited an hour, it didn’t turn cold. So basically I had hot, cold, and regular store-bought takoyaki in my inventory, and nothing happened.
I haven’t tested it yet but I can’t even enter the shack either because he still says I have cold takoyaki and can’t bring it to her.
So please make sure that you do not have any type of takoyaki in your inventory prior to starting this mission."
