  For the collectibles on high buildings, I had a lot of trouble flying from building to building with a car. I read a suggestion somewhere (sorry, couldn't find it again to credit the author) to try using the Dislocator.
  
  So, with some experimentation, this is what worked for me:
  Go to the ledge right above the street of the building with the collectible (or an adjacent building,) and PK a small car onto the ledge with you. If the driver is still in the car, keep putting it down until he exits.
  Stand on the roof of the car and shoot it with the Dislocater. The car will fly up in the air with you riding on top. As soon as you get high enough, jump off and fly to the building you're aiming for. (You should be able to see the collectible from the air.)
  It's important to use a small car (I used the one that looks like a Pinto,) because the larger ones seem to spin and dump you off. Once in a while, the car you're riding will spin into a building and catch on fire - time for a new car. (Well, maybe it really is a Pinto!)

  Great solution I struggled to get the time stop hop on to and then off the car missing the car and falling this helped with the two high buildings ones.
