Simply enough, fire off several rounds of the Superballer weapon in a crowd. The balls will bounce around, collecting poor unsuspecting souls and throwing them airborne. The weapon gains ammo on its own, so it's easy (although boring) to run aound firing the balls untill the counter reaches 100. You can check the counters in the pause screen.
