    There are 4 sets of blocks you can move but only 2 that the battery can board. Use the double block and move it towards the battery and then away after it boards. Use the two single blocks so you can switch sides, crossing the section that the battery was on. Use the double block to bring the battery back. Move the double block away and use the single block, the one near the start of the level, to allow the battery to board it and move it so the battery is now where you began. The rest of the level is cake to figure out.
