How to unlock the My Cause is Just, My Will is Strong achievement

    Here is a video on how to obtain the achievements, My Cause is Just, My Will is Strong, Unholy Firepower, and Mother May I?

    To easily unlock these achievements enter the ultimate Doom 64 cheat code (W93M 7H20 BCY0 PSVB) in the menus to start the level. Before leaving the room, fire a shot of your BFG and Unmaker to be able to pick up new versions of these guns and unlock the corresponding achievements. Once done pick up the invulnerability sphere and head into the large room. and quickly hit the three switches to seal the small structures around the room. pick off any monster that spawned in, the demon mother should appear in the centre platform. Switch to the Unmaker and unload on her until she is dead.

    planchetflawWhen I go to hit the switches I get a message that I lack the ability to do that. Why is this and what needs to be done to allow the activation of the switches?

    Mr WhiteshirtYou only need the keys to activate the switches. If you entered the ultimate Doom 64 code you should be able to hit them. Not really sure why you would not be able to if you have used the code though.

    Actions
    Go to Options and select Password from the list.

    Type in: ?QDM 7HYC BB4X FJVB

    This loads you on level 1 on the easiest difficulty with full ammo and weapons.

    Now pause the game and you'll see a new option called Features that isn't available normally.

    This allows you to select any level to play.

    Choose Warp To Lost - Final Judgement

    Only warp to the level. Don't use any other cheats as they disable the achievement.

    The BFG 9000 is one of the guns in the first room.
