  On the wall to the left of the fireplace in The Lodge, there is a fish on the wall you can interact with. It will tell a joke and spit out a few guns. You can use it once everytime you go into The Lodge. (See Edit 2 below) You can see in the screenshot the fish is right inside my reticle.
  
  Edit: As stated in the comments below as well as finding a few myself, there are a few in other location around the game but this one seems the easiest to farm.
  
  EDIT 2: I haven't played the game since this DLC so this is info is from users in the comments. Shout out to AngryCalf452023 and FivePartTrilogy for the helpful comments.
  
  With the addition of Mayhem 2.0, you can re-load your game quicker and the fish will tell you a new joke each re-load. Set the Mayhem level to 10 and just re-roll the modifiers by hitting X on the Mayhem settings tab. That way any loot that the fish spits out has a better chance of being something actually useful.

  I was able to get the Steam achievement using the room decoration on Sanctuary playing on PC. I found the drops plentiful and got mine in a pile of garbage in Cursehaven. Much quicker than farming the fish in The Lodge, however the decoration doesn't spit out loot.

  if you switch between mayhems and run into the lodge and press X as soon as you see it, the fish wont tell a joke and just spit stuff out, but it still counts.

  Hello guys,
  
  lot of people speak about reloading, but if you travel to cursehaven - withernot cemetery point and go notrh to courtyard in a house in northeastern corner is another fish, which tells you you a JOKE. Just use this one, fast travel to lodge and in main floor right side of the bar use a second fish, which tells a JOKE. Then back to cursehaven and repeat..it´s few steps and quicker for me than just save, quit and reload.

  Yeah i came on to post this, In the brewers house that you go to in the mission to get wine for that cool but creepy guy who runs the lodge, I was going to just save/quit the lodge but i think this feels a bit more productive.
