Once you pass the scrapyard, you'll come to a "checkpoint".
A 'guard' pushes his way past you and gains entry.
When you try, the tower guard says "no robots like you" allowed.
Climb the lightpole next to you until you're not on the bottom rung.
Grab it and put it in the space above you.
Do the same with the second rung. This will get you high enough to reach the lightbulb.
Take the lightbulb and put it on your head.
Take a pylon (note, it has a hole in the top of it)
Throw away the rest of the pylons until you find the can of paint.
Put the paint into the vat of water on the left.
Put your pylon in the blue paint/water.
Put the pylon on your head.
The guard will let you through now.

In the next room, find the 'hook' on the floor and attach it to the stairway rail at the top of the stairs.
Head back down the stairs and as far right as you can.
Crouch as low as you can, and reach the little box under the silo thing.
Set it for A-2
Head back up the stairs and stretch to be as tall as you can.
Jump up to the pole above you, and shimmy over to the wedge thing.
Put the wedge thing on the railroad track, and push the stairway rail so it trips the lever at the top.
The cart that comes down crashes....take its wheels and sit on the tracks.
Try to go through...it will bump you back closer to the stairway rail.
Push the rail to activate the lever again, and get bumper-car shot through the entrance.
