This is for the German Version of Saints Row 2 (SAINTS ROW 2 BRD), which is not uncut.. some of the activities and story parts are missing! so you may check the other solutions writen for the original as well..

jump on a car and balance until you see 3 Gold Stars in the upper right corner (don't know if you have to press Y to activate the Minigame)..
The cheevo will pop after you falling off! There are Bronze Stars as well but it'll only take seconds to get Gold Stars.. they look similar to the gold ones so don't jump off to soon..
